Any law firm can find itself involved in a case that requires bringing in outside attorneys. Given your available resources, you realize the workload will be too heavy, a deadline too close, or you need to bring in an outside lawyer with expertise in a particular area.

Or, you may find you need to refer a potential client to another attorney: she balks at your fees, or you find a conflict of interest, or you simply lack the time to add another case to you docket. 

We understand -- and we can help. 

Should you hire us as outside counsel, we will assist you in whatever role you require.  You can be further assured we will treat your clients and your case as if they were our own until our work in the matter is completed.
